Background
I have spent over a decade in the fashion buying world, with the last nine years focused entirely on Native American-inspired boho apparel and accessories. I started as a retail buyer for independent boutiques before moving into direct sourcing, working with artisan suppliers and manufacturers to bring fringe jackets, turquoise jewelry, moccasins and woven textiles to customers who want authenticity over mass-produced trends.
How I Test
Every piece that reaches this shop passes through my hands first. I check stitching density on fringe garments, weigh turquoise settings for genuine stone versus resin, and wear each footwear style for at least a week before approving a supplier. I reject roughly one in four samples for weak seams, poor dye fastness or sizing that runs inconsistent with the listed chart.
My Promise
My focus areas are fringe outerwear, statement jewelry, woven bags and footwear built for daily wear, not just display. I size-check every batch personally and pull any item that fails my durability standard, even after it is listed. If something does not hold up the way I expect, I pull it and tell you why.
